Following our latest update - featuring details of the 2025 Highly Recommended and Service Excellence Awards (the latter introduced five years ago) - we wanted to explore how many of the 130 golf courses awarded Service Excellence status this year have consistently earned this prestigious recognition over the past five years.
To receive the Service Excellence status, golf courses must achieve Highly Recommended status for the preceding three years. Securing this recognition for five consecutive years is a true testament to a venue's commitment to course conditioning, hospitality, customer service, and exceeding the expectations of visiting golfers. It highlights the dedication of these venues in providing memorable experiences, a warm welcome and the importance of online reviews and customer feedback.
