What the club says: Opened in 1993 as a 9 hole course we quickly expanded to the 18 hole course you see today. Whilst only measuring 6048 yards from the white tees with a Par 71, the course's lack of length is protected by tree lined fairways, numerous bunkers and subtlely undulating greens. The course is a fair test of golf for both beginner and experienced golfer alike!

Fantastic

Worth a Round for £20
Played here today 22.08.20 at short notice. Great of them to fit us in to be fair. The course itself is looking not to bad. Work needed on the tees and the greens needed sweeping as lots of earth and sand on them. However, to be fair its worth the £20 as its a great thinking course. You cannot get the Driver out every hole as a lot of holes are either dog leg or narrow fairway so accuracy is more important than distance on a few holes. Overall a great deal for £20 and we had a buggy which was £20 also so excellent value for money. Give it a try .(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 82 Handicap: 12.6)

Beginners day out. 2 ball party
Exciting course, very up and down and some out of sight tees. Would recommend a buggy or atleast a trolley for ease of making those climbs. Some 450+ holes to have a good crack at the driver with and some short game 3 par holes to test your selection of club.

Doing the best in current situation

Nice and flat, worth a visit if you can.
This is a lovely course which sits just outside Wolverhampton. Very flat so easily suits anyone that has any walking problems. Buggies are available if required. Quite a few Blind Holes off the tee but some excellent second approach shots into the greens. The course itself is in excellent condition at the moment. If any criticism it would be the state of the greens at the moment. Overall give it a bash as they do allow visitors at a decent rate. I paid ?15 with a member when I teed off at 15.30 a few days ago. I was told that the clubhouse was serving excellent food before it was forced to close.

Great track

Great course, especially when it's wet
Great course, very "up and down" so hire a buggy or be prepared for a work-out. When the weather is bad and other courses are waterlogged you can still play the well drained Chesterton Valley. Great last hole.

Worth visiting
The course is in very good condition for this time of year especially as the amount of rain we have had

Worth a visit

Matured into a fine course
I have been playing Chesterton for 20 years or more and have seen it develop into one of the best courses for the amature golfer.(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 102 Handicap: 22.7)
