What the club says: There are three distinct ‘nines’ – the River, the Valley and the Lake. Lingering memories will be of demanding drives on the opening two holes of the River nine, and of two exhilarating par 3s: the ninth on the river, where the green is situated beyond a mature oak tree which guards a lake, and the second on the Lake Course, known as the Island Hole.
Singing Hills is regarded as one of the best courses in the area.

27 hole course - one loop has a "Sawgrass"- style island green - with a variety of water hazards. Generally not too busy mid-week so well worth a visit.
Excellent Bar & Food.
Course has got a hammering the previous two years from extreme weather but is back to its best now

Great Weather for a round

Greens in excellent condition, fairways okay due to new drainage channels being put in recently.

Played 36 holes & was a bit disappointed in the condition of the course. The greens were very sandy & the fairways were dry & patchy in places. We were informed this prior to playing though & reduced green fees were given.

Fairways like rough

Singing Hills is a great venue with friendly staff and 27 holes of good golf..but its on clay and doesn't drain well. The fairways were like a second cut of rough, and in what should have been the light rough' our 2-ball lost 4 balls in the deep thick grass. There were many bare, mud patches and the tee boxes were shaggy and deep. They shouldnt have been playing on the course really. Mind you my partner scored 35 points in is best round for 3 years, so what do I know? Play here in the summer, not the winter/spring.

Poor condition

I haven't played here for a few years and was looking forward to my round on Father's Day. i was disappointed overall as the greens were poor. especially for June and a dry spring, with lots of sand and heavily marked. Some of the bunkers were embarrassingly poor. I won't return until I hear they have improved.

Course suffering from wet weather

Played here before and enjoyed but this time the course had only just been opened after our very wet winter and all 3 courses were in terrible condition. Fairways were like semi-rough and greens like fairways.
I don't blame the green keepers but the course still wasn't ready for the public.

Bexley FC Spring Challenge

Setting was beautiful, as was the company. Sadly the course was in poor condition (I've never played a hole with drop zones in the fairway).

First visit to Singing Hills

Despite living local to SH this was our first visit.
We found staff friendly and welcoming. The clubhouse is huge with numerous rooms etc large bar, dining and a decent pro shop.
Course was still recovering from recent soakings so we were offered a reduced green fee which was appreciated. First cut grass was too long and lost a couple of balls being just off the fairway. Annoying but mabye the weather has precluded them from cutting properly. Lots of doglegs so was a little experimental first time round. Will play again definitely....£40 per round possibly a little too expensive compared to others.
