Was here a few weeks back after a 5 month break from golf due to an injury. It was quite sad to see a once fantastic looking and playable course go downhill so quickly. What has happened? Slow greens, long rough and clumpy grass making the course look a shadow of its former self. I shall be back in a month or so but don't hold out much hope for my experience being any better.

Poor condition
I haven't played here for a few years and was looking forward to my round on Father's Day. i was disappointed overall as the greens were poor. especially for June and a dry spring, with lots of sand and heavily marked. Some of the bunkers were embarrassingly poor. I won't return until I hear they have improved.Reviewer Rating

Course suffering from wet weather
Played here before and enjoyed but this time the course had only just been opened after our very wet winter and all 3 courses were in terrible condition. Fairways were like semi-rough and greens like fairways.I don't blame the green keepers but the course still wasn't ready for the public.

Hidden gem just outside of Brighton
A lovely course consisting of 3 sets of 9 holes set in part wooded countryside with a variety of interesting holes, some with water, some tree lined and some completely open. The greens have been tined and sanded recently and are still bedding in, but are usually in excellent condition. Current Covid procedures are in place in the clubhouse and bar, which has an outside seating area. Thoroughly recommended.(Round played: Sep 2020 - Score: 88 Handicap: 19.4)

Classy, challenging, fun course
I try and play Singing Hills at least 5/6 times a year despite other courses being closer and cheaper. But their twilight rates are exceptional and you get what you pay for. If I had the money, I would opt to become a member here - the staff and other punters are very friendly nice people making for a comfortable environment when playing golf. The 3 sets of 9 providing variety are all really good courses and the course in general (especially the greens atm) are in excellent condition...Reviewer Rating

The Lake Course is great. Hole 2 is the signature hole of the course and possible the club. The Lake course is laid out well. Hole 9 also involves clearing water. I enjoyed the variety, from open fairways to shooting through trees. I'll be back to play the River course tomorrow.

I thought this course would have improved since the last time I played here but it would seem not. Played here last week and the greens seemed in a awful state. there looked like yellow in places and the rough was quite long. Have seen this course in a more playable condition it is a shame

Green in the process of being topped
Valley closed but Lake a dn River open. Can feel the softness of the ground but no standing water. Bunker wet but playable. Tee boxes ok and definition of fairways not always plain to see. Some greens were airiated, 10th, 11th and 12th and others need to be done soon. Slow, not surprisingly. Overall good to be back and for a good priceReviewer Rating
