What the club says: The course consists of 18 holes set in mature woodland, with tree-lined fairways, water features and stunning views over the North Downs. The 6,270 yards, par 72 course has been built to a very high standard, with USGA specification greens and irrigation installed on the greens, tees and approaches.

Playable after very dry spell
Fairways dry, hard and brown. Greens very quick but in good condition. Still a great course to play, good variation of holes, hilly in places. Very good practice facilities, nice new clubhouse. Look forward to going back.Reviewer Rating

Lovely course, good greens
Really nice course - a reasonable physical test, and interesting, in good conditions with consistent greens that are hard to read. A lot of money has clearly been spent on improving the course - 9th and 18th are spectacular. Lots of trees removed. Same ownership as the Addington ; but I do hope they have stopped clearing trees as the trees are a great feature and whilst removing thousands affords good views there is a loss of privacy, and the trees themselves are a feature.Reviewer Rating

Haven't played this course in many years because I didn't like the layout with the slopes and many trees, but on my return many years later I was impressed with all the improvements made and the greens were the best that I've putted on in the UK so far this year.

Really lovely course. Plenty to think about. Greens were a bit ropey as had been spiked. Pace of play way too slow (4hrs 40) but was a sunny Saturday so to be expected. Overall a good day

Played this on Feb17th and I must say it was absolutely amazing! Such was the surrounding beauty of the trees that it reminded me of my youth in Canada. Course was in great condition and with no two holes the same. We played off the whites and it was a great test. Friendly staff and lovely clubhouse, will definitely be returning.Reviewer Rating

Westerham
It was a wet and cold day but the course was open and in pretty good condition. The greens were good and most fairways fine and not muddy. I lost two balls in the fallen leaves but that is winter for you. Club house warm and welcoming and nice staff. A good challenge for all levels.Reviewer Rating

Great greens for November, fast and true!
There's a lot of deforestation going on at the moment which is really changing the look of the course. No doubt in time the course will benefit from the additional sunlight and air flow.

This course is very good and challenging. We played it on a sunny day as a society and everybody enjoyed it. The Club house is very friendly and welcoming. What more do you need?

Sunday pm round
Nice course, good greens. Challenging, up and down hills, so be prepared. Enjoyed the course. Negative- over 5hrs for a 3pm tee off is shocking. Would play the course again, but won't because of the time it took, too many people on each hole, 5 groups on one hole sorry not for us.Reviewer Rating

Don't bother on a Friday afternoon...
Don't get me wrong, this is a great looking course, in good condition, with fabulous surroundings, but... this doesn't make up for the surly, unhelpful staff in the pro shop.I booked a lunchtime tee for a 2 ball with an old mate, and we hadn't seen each other for years, and were looking forward to a round just catching up. We were told on arrival our tee time had been moved, and we had been paired up with another 2 ball - not what we had paid for. We were told if we wanted to go out as a 2 ball we would have to wait 2 hours, tough, but that's how it was. OK, we sat and waited, and went out 2 hours later. Then, eventually when we went out the pace of play was so painfully slow we gave up after 11 holes - 3 hours to play 11 holes, waiting behind a group on every tee, with a group halfway down every fairway, with a group on the green,. The club had basically massively overbooked the course, to the extent that trying to play became pointless. I spoke with a guy in the group ahead who said he was a member but was resigning his membership as the management of the club had just become money grabbing, and the course was always too congested. Lovely course, but won't be going back.

Back to front
Played the back nine first, which meant our first hole was uphill, not my favourite walk. Course is in really good condition, had been mown and played really well. Greens were in good condition, and the fairways had some run, unusual so far this year.Reviewer Rating
