What the club says: Park Wood Golf Club is set on a backdrop of ancient woodland. The course is well laid out on top of the North Downs with views of the Surrey,Kent and Sussex countryside and the London skyline including Canary Wharf and the Millenium Dome. With new owners now on board the course will continue to improve and mature, with the eighteen holes providing a testing par 72 for all.

Park Wood Golf Club
Played Park Wood after a wet spell, carry only. It was very muddy on fairways and greens were soggy. The condition of the course wasn't too bad considering but would only go back when it has had a chance to dry out.Reviewer Rating

The course has recovered well after the routine maintenance which was carried out about a month or so ago the greens ran well and the course in general was in good condition.Reviewer Rating

Lovely course and quiet midweek
Played on a Wednesday morning and not many golfers around and a reasonable green fee.Great course and good signage too. Club house ok and card only but staff very friendly

nice track
Park Wood is well laid out with a good mix of long and short holes, tight driving holes and open driving holes. Greens were a bit slow and bumpy though.Fairways were quite shaggy...

Challenging layout, could be great with some TLC
This is a classic, challenging , tree-lined course that has been used in the past for Euro Pro tour events and it is certainly a muscular course. When we played the front nice had not been cut meaning the tees and fariways were scrappy but the back nine had been cut and looked great. The greens need work however; they were very slow and bumpy. The bunkers are unusual in that there are large grass edges. This has the potential to be a great course with better care. It is a real challenge off the back tees; at nearly 6800 yards you can understand why it has been used for pro events.Reviewer Rating

They have done a lot of drainage work throughout the winter and despite the inclement weather that we have been experiencing in recent months the course is beginning to take shape and looking good for the summer.Reviewer Rating
