What the club says: Park Wood Golf Club is set on a backdrop of ancient woodland. The course is well laid out on top of the North Downs with views of the Surrey,Kent and Sussex countryside and the London skyline including Canary Wharf and the Millenium Dome. With new owners now on board the course will continue to improve and mature, with the eighteen holes providing a testing par 72 for all.

Decent value

Not a busy course on Friday morning. Pace of play was quick enough around us. For £35 you can't fault it. Sadly you don't get any views of London to the North or Westerham to the South, the greens were relatively slow and the grass generally on fairways / greens was probably just pre-weekend trim. Par 5s were very short and easy stroke index whereas a couple of par 4s were similar distance. Worth trying if you are reasonably local.

Nice course not busy midweek

Played there before and not busy during the week, reasonable green fees, course in a very good condition despite the heavy rain recently, good layout too, plus the young staff in the club house are excellent, both polite and professional at all times.

Nice layout, seems tight but fairways are quite generous, some long holes, quite challenging. Would recommend.

Good society venue. Long course with some good challenges. Friendly staff. Greens quite slow on the day we played.

As with the majority of courses this winter it was heavy going due to the vast amount of rain that we have been experiencing during the last 5 months or so non stop almost.

Park Wood Golf Club

Played Park Wood after a wet spell, carry only. It was very muddy on fairways and greens were soggy. The condition of the course wasn't too bad considering but would only go back when it has had a chance to dry out.

The course has recovered well after the routine maintenance which was carried out about a month or so ago the greens ran well and the course in general was in good condition.

Lovely course and quiet midweek

Played on a Wednesday morning and not many golfers around and a reasonable green fee.
Great course and good signage too. Club house ok and card only but staff very friendly

nice track

Park Wood is well laid out with a good mix of long and short holes, tight driving holes and open driving holes. Greens were a bit slow and bumpy though.
Fairways were quite shaggy...
