They have done a lot of drainage work throughout the winter and despite the inclement weather that we have been experiencing in recent months the course is beginning to take shape and looking good for the summer.Reviewer Rating

this is a underrated golf course, its a bit out of the way but i think worth a look staff are fantastic here tanya and jack nothing to much trouble in good condition.

The rain that fell last week has help the course tremendously after the long hot summer that we have experience it was nice to see a course that was green and not brown.The greens was lush but still running true and fast.

played here today 31 august after not playing here for 5 years, course in very condition, 1 or 2 things though need attention , 1 only a few TEE MARKERS on some holes, and not many BALL CLEANERS, also directions to the next TEE need more attention, staff very friendly and polite no food yet due to covic. would highly recommend keep up the good work see you all very soon, ps the price is also very good.

We had the Chairman's Cup here last Saturday and it was a fantastic day. The course is very, very, nice, well kept, some challenging holes and a very long course compared to my 18 hole golf course. The staff couldn't do enough for you and the Men's captain was a delight to meet.

Great as usual. Challenging long course but very fair. Hit the fairways and you will be rewarded. Miss the fairways you will be behind a tree!

Played here on a Monday originally booked to tee-off 11:30 as vets competition early on. Got delayed in traffic on the way and arrived 11:15. Club couldn't have been more helpful pushing back tee time by 30 minutes so we could be fed and watered. Stunning course in excellent condition and with breathtaking views. Quite long especially for an improving beginner like myself but does give a chance for some of the passenger long irons and fairway woods in the bag to get an airing. Would return at a stroke and possible consider membership if a bit closer to home. Try it!!

Very, very good in almost all respects. Really well looked after, full of friendly people and top value. Hard to fault it. Shame I played like a complete c0ck!
A testing course and quite long. Four par 3s, one of which is more than 200 yards, make for a bit of a slog. But, again, it's very well looked after. Play it!

The course was in excellent condition and I think at £25 for a weekend round its great value for money. Greens and fairways were spot on. Its a really enjoyable course to play, well worth a visit.

Despite the severe hot weather in recent weeks the fairways were green and lush and so was the greens with the fringes having that lush carpet like feel about them.The greens rolled well and the overall course conditions were excellent.

Lovely course and quiet midweek
