1st time playing it interesting as each hole seems to be in a bowl eg grass banking both sides.. but good enough had a good breakfast. Was held up at end by slow players wouldn't let us through but enjoyed it!Reviewer Rating

Great course for the winter months
We were lucky with the weather, it was bright, not too cold with no wind ... the state of the fairways, greens etc was great considering the amount of rain we've had recently. A lot better than most other courses in Essex and Kent. However, a 30% increase in the green fee for the weekend ... a bit much?!?Reviewer Rating

Good nick for the time of year
Started with a tasty sausage and bacon bap. Lots of the holes are in their own funnel so you get some separation from other golfers. Green were a particularly highlight with good speed and no bobbles great for early April.Reviewer Rating

Great inland links
I can honestly say Pedham Place is the only truly playable course within Kent/Surrey borders.Always has decent greens and fairways, bunkers are well maintained and overall condition very good.Reviewer Rating

Good course but slow play
Pedham place is generally a great place to play golf all year round as it drains extremely well and the driving range and putting/chipping greens are of a very good standard. Generally banked fairways either side it is rare that you lose a tee shot meaning pace of play should be good?.however this never seems to be the case, always slow and extremely rare to be let through by any group playing no matter the gap in front. I believe some of the issue especially later in the round revolves around the 16th hole, playing at around 200 yards (most of the time into wind) it's a great test of golf, however the vast majority of golfers cannot reach this green but will still wait for the green to clear in case they hit their 1/100 shot?.this then means that you end up with a bottle neck and end up with between 2 and 3 groups of golfers waiting on the tee box to hit. When they put their prices up recently I was hoping we would see a larger gap than 7 minutes between tee times but sadly this is not the case?.a little more thought into marshalling on the first tee to make sure people don't tee of early, around the course to ensure pace of play then this course is well worth the money but currently a frustrating course standing in the cold lashing wind.Reviewer Rating
