So Slow
Nice track but time and time again let down by the poor management in the front office. Tee times ridiculous close together, had to give up after the first 9 due to slow play. This isn’t the first time either - ruined the day. Don’t put a 20 group society out on midday on a saturday .Reviewer Rating

SLow play
4 hrs-45 min for a 3 ball. We started as a 2 ball at 11-55 , we played 4 holes and met up with a solo golfer who was waiting on the 5th par 5 hole . We waited 20 minutes for the 4 ball in front to play the hole on two buggies. We joined up with Harrison who was a member and made a 3 ball.we then were held up on every hole until finally let through on the 10th hole.without any marshalling on the course this caused a tail back of , 5 2 ball games behind. This does not make for good golf and becomes frustrating for good golfers. There were teo groups of 4 on two buggies both guilty of slow play and inadequate etiquette. Course is busy enough and without marshalling is an unenjoyable golf experienceReviewer Rating

Not too bad
The bunkers are very stony and do not have much sand in them. The members playing a medal round are so slow and do not comply with the rules of golf.(Round played: Jan 2018 - Score: 97 Handicap: 22.6)

Would not recommend, rude staff, poor food, slow play no marshall far
Terrible place, staff truely ignorant and rude. The food was awful cold and poor value for money. The course was in fair condition but the pace of play bad no Marshall on the course. I would avoid as there is far better courses in the area which are more welcoming and far better value for money.Reviewer Rating

The course set-up is tough with quite narrow fairways, punishing rough and domed links-style greens that don't hold. It's definitely not for high handicappers or no-handicappers but the economics of golf today means clubs can't turn anyone away.So we had to endure five hours and 40 minutes of torture following a society made up of idiots with no knowledge of golfing etiquette.
Play was so slow that other groups were skipping holes and cutting in front of us, but there was no sign of a course marshal.
If you're incapable of hitting a straight ball go somewhere else where shots off-line won't be so severely punished. You'll enjoy your game more and so will the people who have to follow you.
And £3.90 for a bitter shandy in the bar afterwards is just adding insult to injury.

Terrible Customer Service
This used to be a great Golf venue. I have visited consistently since Pedham Place opened. Over the years, I have paid a lot of money their way, including Christmas dinners for large groups. More recently, there has been an atmosphere in reception which is, frankly, bordering on hostility. One or two staff members need to understand that people are paying good money and don't need to be patronised, talked down to, or treated with sarcasm, aggressive attitude and rudeness. Perhaps those in charge don't care - they seem to set some strange rules! Sure, the course itself is in good condition, but golf is supposed to be a relaxing and pleasant experience. When you pay for the experience, it's reasonable to expect not to be insulted.Reviewer Rating

Far too slow
I have never played a round of golf in this country that has taken so long. 5 hours for a game of is unacceptable in fairly benign conditions- no rain - little wind, so absolutely no reason for such slow play. Pedham Place do not employ any marshals to speed play up so we are all in the hands of these selfish people. Several rounds behind our group would not have been completed as darkness fell. Luckily we teed off at 11:30 and just about finished in poor light. Not acceptable - and the course should do more to police this slow play.Reviewer Rating

Inland Links with undulating fairways and slopes
A very pleasant experience! The course played very short with hot, fast running fairways, but the back nine was more interesting, especially the last six holes!(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 87 Handicap: 7.4)
