A lovely course, greens in perfect condition. Very challenging for me playing off 32, but the wde faraways offered me a chance.Some of the par threes ate long, well it is a championship course, so even the low handicap golfers will have a challenge. Lovely stuff, and a well stocked bar, and the food is nice.All in all had a lovely round there

Full disclosure.....I'm the Senior Section Captain at PPGC.
Course is in great condition given the weather we've had. Green are probably slow compared to many but they are being protected to ensure they don't burn out.
The Centre has everything a golfer could want. Top Tracer range bays. Bunker practice area. Chipping and putting greens and 4 Pros to help your game. Including one that does Aim Point.
If you like golf you'll like PPGC

Disclaimer - I'm a member here. But it is in very good nick. A recent outbreak of disease on the greens has been dealt with and they're coming back really well. Course is open when others around aren't (only one day lost to waterlogging last year) so we get our monies worth every year.
Academy 9 hole course is excellent too.
Large range with Top Tracer. Chipping and putting greens and practice bunker. So plenty of practice options.
Staff are superb and the food is brilliant.

The course is in a great condition with nicely striped fairways. The rough is manageable with section left long to punish really bad shots. For £22.50 for a twighlight round you cannot go wrong at all. Well done Pedham

In great nick
Despite all the foul weather recently, rain, snow, frost wind. Pedham is in great condition. It's a course that provides enough of a test for all golfers, without being too punishing if you're not the best.It's also a great venue for practicing. The Top Tracer range, chipping green, putting green, practice bunker, offer all the options.
Food in the clubhouse is well priced and generously portioned.
All the staff do a great job.
No wonder Pedham recently featured in the "most popular courses on Golfshake"

Top condition
Rain or shine,winter,spring or summer always great condition with excellent greens.Only downside is pace of play really would benefit from course marshal speeding up pace of play as no excuse as not a lot of hazards on the course.Reviewer Rating

Great inland links
I can honestly say Pedham Place is the only truly playable course within Kent/Surrey borders.Always has decent greens and fairways, bunkers are well maintained and overall condition very good.Reviewer Rating

Great little course to test the short game!
The 9 hole Par 3 academy course at Pedham Place is a great test for your short game! Each hole varies in distance, layout and terrain making the tee shot different every time. The in land style links is a joy to look at too! The only thing that lets the course down is the condition of the greens. If they were a bit smoother it would be amazing!Reviewer Rating

All year round playable. Very busy because many courses in the area are not able to open.

Recommended
Great course in links style.Quite long but not a tree in sight. Main defences are the wind, some punishing rough and the size and undulations on the greens.
More practice facilities than you could use in a day. Floodlit range with Top Tracer bays, putting green, chipping green, practice bunker.
Staff are excellent and the food is very good.
