What the club says: Ramsdale Park Golf Centre is situated 5 miles north of Nottingham. Set in the heart of Robin Hood Countryside, which makes our location a very attractive venue for a wide range of functions and our speciality golf days.
The two Hawtree designed 18 hole golf courses have unrivalled views across stunning countryside and since opening in the early 90’s, have matured into two of Nottinghamshire’s finest.

Great New Course
First time to play the Seely course as part of the Christmas Cracker, considering the time year, the Greens had good roll and pace, the green fringes were quite long and it meant the ball snagged up quite quickly. Front nine was quite dry, Back nine was very wet around hole 11 mainly. Impressed by the variety of course from a flat front 9, to a hilly back 9. Roll on Christmas Cracker 2025!Reviewer Rating

This is a course of 2 halves in the sense that the front 9 is relatively flat but the back 9 is very elevated and is very much the harder 9.The venue have a driving range with trackman and also a 9 hole par 3 course with an adventure/crazy golf trying to be all inclusive for everyone,

Good course, but...
Generally a very good course to play, especially in the summer months. However the course is susceptible to boggy slippery areas once the weather turns wetter, especially the back nine. Courses immaculate, great value
Our annual visit to enjoy what we consider is the best overall package of a golf day that we enjoy. The par 3 is always the best we ever play, the main course greens were superb and like lightning. Rough was high which makes it a slightly slower round when the higher handicap players are having to use their 3 minutes every hole to search for balls. Disappointing to see rubbish spilling out of the bins on a prime weekend day and the toilets were a mess from whatever went on there Saturday night. But overall you cannot fault the golf, which is what we go for. Thanks to Tom there for organising it all. We will be back as no-one else can beat this overall package mainly because of the quality of the par 3 and main course.Reviewer Rating

Nottinghamshire's Best Value Course.
Fantastic condition for the time of the year.Superb greens.Sand based which makes it a real pleasure to play.Every hole is different.Very tough walking back nine.Great facilities,proper par 3 course,as well,Trackman etc on the range.Very friendly,great food and fantastic value at £21 for members'guest.Some easy holes,but some tough ones.Quiet heathland course,which plays like a links.Excellent.Without a doubt,the best value course in Nottinghamshire.Reviewer Rating

THE best all round package in the midlands
Ok, it's a big statement, but given all factors such as price, quality of par 3 and main course, food, clubhouse, trackman range, access to buggies/trolleys, half way house options, discount in pro shop and challenge of the course I would challenge you to find better for the same money. The par 3 is a proper course, not a pitch and putt or course they leave to rack and ruin, its a mint run. Food is always excellent, we often comment that the pie is hard to beat. The staff look after you, the bar and veranda are a pleasure to be in and the range is magnificent since its upgrade. The main course itself was in the best condition we've ever known it in 7 years coming as a society, well done to the greenkeepers. Yes the course is a walking challenge, but its worth the walk and it will challenge most golfers. If you have not been, get yourself there and play it in the summer in all its glory, you will not be disappointed.Reviewer Rating

Challenge of 2 halves
A great course,with front 9 different to back 9. The greens are in fantastic condition and very fast, so putting is a challenge. The fairways are very well maintained with plenty of trouble from trees and bunkers. Clubhouse facilities and staff are brilliant and better than a lot of restaurants in the area.
