ChallengingQuite hilly and ball position around your feet can be difficult. Greens excellent and a pretty course with plenty of blind type shots off the tee.
Beautiful....ewll worth a visitWhat a lovely course!! We had a really great visit. The course was in wonderful condition particularly the greens. The only let down were the greenside bunkers on the 18th which my pal had a bit of a fight with. He also got hit in the joy department on the 8th tee by a members wayward shot to the 7th green!! However he recovered quickly!! The clubhouse was very clean and tidy and the staff friendly and helpful as was the pro whos' shop was well stocked and well priced. WE WILL BE BACK ASAP. I suppose it also helped that the weather was super and my partner and I won the match!
Love SpringwaterA great varied course that won?t break the bank. Some big hills but worth the walk. Brilliant value for money. Greens in brilliant condition.
Lovely picturesque coursePlayed this for 1st time & found it was set up really well & the greens were very well looked after, but were a little slow. It is a VERY hilly course so if you're not the fittest then a buggy would maybe suit you best. Would definitely come again

cracking coursegreat course and a great layout. greens were a bit slow and spring time work was under way but did nothing to detract from the enjoyment of the round.

First society date 2019A great start to this years society meets with a visit to Springwater, The course was in great shape and the hilly surroundings just added to the day. some tricky holes especially the 18th par 3 SI 5 lots of water hazards with bunkers protecting the green, do you go for it or try and run between . we all went for it and all landed in various bunkers, a lucky 4 for me, great hospitality from the staff in the bar and some excellent deals to be had, well worth a visit and we will be back!

Value for moneyLoverly interesting course little bit hilly but not a problem for our 4 ball really worth a visit, nice drink and food in club house after.
Brilliant hospitality and venueLovely venue and staff were very welcoming. Good clubhouse and shop. Food excellent. Course layout good and challenging with plenty of uneven lies, trees, water, hedges and bushes galore. Extremely hilly, need to be fit to play and enjoy. A little upgrading work in progress but didn't distract from a great day. Will return.

A very nice course
Warm and welcoming with a great courseMyself and three friends completed the 72 hole challenge for MacMillan Cancer Support in the 15th June and the club couldn\'t have been more supportive in our efforts. The course was in top nick and the greens were brilliant as always running quick but true. What always surprises me is how friendly the club is though, from the staff, to the members and even a visiting society all wishing us well, donating money to our cause and supporting us. If you haven\'t visited here yet, I suggest you do so soon!
