Bomb proof for winter golf
Fantastic Golf course considering the level of rain and sleet in the last 3/4 days. This place is one of the best courses around for winter golf.(Round played: Dec 2020 - Score: 88 Handicap: 20.5)

tough track but very enjoyable
The course is in good condition and the scenery superb. The pace of play was excellent and an enjoyable day. Unfortunately the bar etc has closed due to caterer being unable to make money with the latest Covid-19 restrictions.

Great Value
Played 21 August with a small society group Course provided a good challenge to a range of handicaps. Course in excellent condition, greens true and reasonably quick. Kept very tidy teeing grounds well worn but again well kept. The course meanders through park / heathland with varied and interesting holes using the natural contours and woodland. It is quite astonishing that we played for £20 a round. There is an open practice range area adjacent to the clubhouse and decent practice green. The clubhouse facilities were very limited owing to COVID restrictions, however managed to get a decent pint post golf and chat with friendly and welcoming members on the decking.Highly recommend a visit here great value golf.

College pines

nice course

Great all weather course
Nice course that is great to play all year round with a nice 4 finishing holes and some challenging holes in the front nine(Round played: May 2020 - Score: 94 Handicap: 16)

Post. Covid
Very dry due to weather, greens are excellent. Recommended for someone who likes a challenge. Will return(Round played: May 2020 - Score: 101 Handicap: 26.5)

It is therefore a slow round at present.

Good all weather course.
Very good challenging course especially in wet weather. Always a good experience when I play here which unfortunately isn't often enough. In wet weather it gets very busy so make sure to book early.

Great Course, Great Food
A course we always tend to play in the winter as it copes with weather amazingly well. Never on temps or mats, it is very very popular in winter. The packages they do are the best around with range balls, putting comps and lovely food in a proper dining room. The team there are really welcoming and accommodate most requests. The course itself opens with 3 hard holes and then it gets a bit easier and with lovely greens and well kept fairways, we will certainly return.
