Golf Course Reviews for College Pines Golf Club
As usual we found the course fully open, with no temps, and in good nick considering the time of year. It was pretty busy but that's to be expected as it's a winter golfing Mecca for a large surrounding area.

College Pines is a testing course with some challenging holes. The surroundings are beautiful. Tree lined with lots of wild -life, particularly bird-life.
The greens were slick.
I have played the course many times and in summer it is a good course whereas it is a superb winter course as it sits on sand.
Challenging course with some tough holes. terrific course for draining and hence can be played year round. Friendly club welcomes visitors and good bar/restaurant facilities.
College Pines Golf Club...Par 73 longish course that drains very very well so ideal in winter..No temporary greens at all and only 1 tee that stands next to a very big tree that sometimes is on a large mat..Not a problem and its to a par 3 ..There is an abundance of trees around the perimeter of the course and also a few holes with Pine trees but hit it straight and they are not a problem..The rough is not too excessive during winter but a problem in the summer months.Overall an enjoyable course when weather is mild..
