Lovely place overall to come and play course not busy Sat pm its very dry and running a mile so play it whilst like this. Test wise its very open on lots of holes so big hitters will kill it.

Parched

Parched everywhere except greens & tees. Control was beyond my capabilities & fairways were rock hard. Greens were on the slowish side. Lovely course. Back 9 more challenging. Will look to go back after it’s rained.

With the dry weather that we have been experiencing in recent weeks the fairways were rock hard and the greens that were hollowtined weeks ago were still bumpy and in need of water.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you feel the weather has had an impact on the course. Our irrigation system is up and running so the greens are being watered and hopefully the rain we have had this week will also help to see quick improvements.

Very friendly staff in dining room and in the Pro shop.
Dealt with all our needs on our Autumn Society day.
The course was in fine condition the Greens were top notch.
One or two GUR but well identified with dropping zones

Course in decent condition despite dry summer then a week of heavy rain two holes under construction so temp greens.

Captain's away day

The minute I got there the staff were very friendly & helpful. The course was in very good condition the greens were in very good condition & great to putt on overall a very challenging course very enjoyable

Nice course

Played Saturday afternoon and the course wasn't very busy. We had a 4 ball and didn't feel rushed at any point by groups behind. A nice course in lovely surroundings. Some great par 3?s and a couple of long par 5?s. Helps to be long off the tee for this course. Plenty of bunkers to trap wayward shots. Fairways were in good condition.
