Played here 24/04/26 and was far the best course I have played this year including when I went to Celtic Manor a couple of week prior to this which was not in as good condition as Med Herts. Also big shout out to Mark from behind the bar very helpful as was all the staff in the pro shop and club house will be trying to book up to play here again soon.

Nice course. Can be tight & challenging with smallish greens & it’s not always clear when finding your way from green to tee. Fairways can be patchy & greens a bit bobbly every now & then. Despite this it’s an enjoyable challenge & looking forward to seeing how it plays into the Autumn.

Lovely setting and very nice course

The course is in very good condition considering the drought conditions. The greens are in excellent condition, very true and clean. Nice friendly people in the Pro Shop

We played a society day, received a warm welcome, great breakfast and played a challenging course that needs to be respected, especially with the dry fairways. Big is not always best. The clubhouse is very spacious. Best Buggies, even have USB ports

In the woods

Trees to the left & right. Hitting straight or having a draw really helps. It’s a very pleasant course. Greens excellent. Fairways pretty good but I found a few shots resting in divots. Green to tee isn’t always where you think but otherwise a pleasant course to play.

Fantastic condition for winter

Lovely course and at 40 in winter its a good deal. Course is in good nick and i'd go again for sure.

Enjoyed the course on the 1st occasion. Its possible to start on the 1st 6th or 10th & at different times we were told all 3! all veruy confusing while fitting in a 2 ball between a ladies day & swindell. Fairways superb as were the greens & tees recently maintained. Narrow fairways in places so a poor day to choose to drive innaccuratley. Looking forward to going back.
