My home club and despite the bias I consider it to be one of the best courses in Hertfordshire. 18 very different holes. Two holes over the protected hedge and of course the 18th green protected by the lake in front. Some great views and a course that you need to think your way around. the 19th hole facilities are excellent with a large patio and great service.Reviewer Rating

Not to be underestimated!
As a member here I am probably a little bias.. but this is without doubt one of the best course un Hertfordshire.. With undulating hills and spectacular views of the surrounding English countryside you won't be disappointed.Although not an overly long course, there is plenty of trouble for you to find if you're wayward with your tee shots. The Par-5's use the undulation brilliantly, making the a true test of your long game. The greens are true and smooth all year round, and are what really make this course a challenge!

Society Day Course
Use this venue on several occasions in the past on our last visit I can honestly say that it's the best conditioned course that I have played post pandemic lockdown fairways greens and bunkers were all exceptionally prepared credit goes to the green staff.Reviewer Rating

Challenging, Rewarding and Beautiful!
Probably slightly bias as a member, but this course always impresses me. Although not massively long it's a challenge with the undulation, that forces you to have to think your way around. It penalises being out of position and rewards from the fairways. The greens a quick and true with plenty of optical illusions and subtle breaks.Reviewer Rating

I feel it is a strategic course and puts your course management into play here.
The greens are quick. Please do read the flag colours as these will help you to position your ball better. Overall a very enjoyable course amd would certainly go back again. In my view 10/10

The best
In my view one of the best courses in Hertfordshire. Every hole is different and you need to put your ball in the right position to allow you a decent shot in. Greens are quick with plenty of subtle undulations. Fairway bunkers are well placed!. Hole 14 is one of the most difficult par 3's you will encounter. Everyone will remember holes 12 and 13 (over the hedge down and then back up).Lovely finishing hole over the last by the clubhouse.Reviewer Rating

Nice course. Very playable. No driving range which is downer. Has practice mid iron hitting area, play own ball and pick up.
