Highly Recommended 2018
What the club says: The Ver Course
Was opened in 1971. It has a first class layout and offers some stunning views of the Hertfordshire countryside. This parkland course has a par of 70 and measures 6270 yards from the yellow tees. The Course is quite open but well positioned spinneys, streams and bunkers make for an interesting round. If that is not enough to think about there is plenty of out of bounds areas to avoid too.
This 9-hole Par 3 course is surprisingly long at some 1361 yards. It offers the opportunity to use almost every club is your bag with holes ranging from 111 to 225 yards in length. Although every hole provides a good challenge, there is still plenty of space for the ‘wayward ball’ making the Kinsbourne ideal for the novice golfer.

Worth a visitA bit expensive for a casual game but better value as part of a society
Great conditionCourse was in really good condition
Surprised me!Played 18 hole course and it was a great round - course in very good condition - greens were very good. Course is very challenging with some really good testing holes. Will definitely go back.
Excellent courseHave played a few times may upgrade soon to membership! Great course good facilities! Slow play today caught behind members who wouldn’t allow a few 2 balls through

Bit let downI?ve played here on a few occasions & normally good quality but this time the greens were a bad quality with far too much sand on them, I understand that this needs to happen to keep the greens in better condition in the summer but I feel charging full price & not being advertised on this when booking tee time is a bit off
Good challenging courseMy friend and I have played at Redbourn a number of times over the years but not in the past two years. We played there in October 2018 with another friend and we all had a very enjoyable round. The course is quite physically challenging because of the up and down nature of the terrain, and has a number of very challenging holes, not least the 600 yard 18th! The clubhouse staff are friendly and professional and we enjoyed the food. We will be back.
Great funHad a great day the sun came out towards the end unfortunately the greens were being spiked that weekend so it made putting a lot harder but still a fun course
