Ok little course. A bit simple
Played when ground was wet and soggy. Would like to play again in the dry(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 99 Handicap: 24)

Nice Course

Fantastic pay and play course
Having read some mixed reviews I felt compelled to submit a very positive one. Played Weham for the first time in 20+ years today as we normally stay closer to Reading area. This is a really fantastic public course: fairways were in very good condition; greens were excellent and overall it was very challenging (for me).Our tee was 7.32am.....one group who remained two holes ahead and nobody behind us all round. I found it particularly challenging with some quite narrow fairways; even on more open fairways the heavy wooded areas alongside are unforgiving. All in all it was a real pleasure to play.
We didnt get much time to practice but the driving range, putting green and practice green with chipping are WAY better than any of my usual courses.
Clubhouse is fantastic/new and the staff, both in the pro shop and club were very welcoming. We'll definitely be back......

Used to enjoy it, spoilt for me..
Used to play this course regularly, but I believe that much of the charm of it was lost, when the "red" 9 hole was lost to be incorporated into the blue 18. I enjoyed both the red and the blue and when they combined them, they cut out quite a few of the holes I really enjoyed. I understand that the course needs to appeal to a wide audience, but I won't play there now, as the thing that made it special has been lost for me.Reviewer Rating

Terrible
Played here Saturday 1st July for the first time and it was an absolute nightmare. Tee'd off at 2PM and it took us just shy of 3 hours to play the front 9!!! We played the 10th hole, walked back to the car park (across the 3rd hole) and called it a day.From the third hole onwards, we would be waiting on the tee with the group in front AND the group behind. Complete joke. Three ball in front of us, a four ball in front of them and a FIVE ball in front of them.
Tee's are booked in 8 minute slots so it's very much a "cram them all in" style of golf club, which is a shame to say the least. When will these golf clubs learn that it takes the very best of four balls to play holes in 8 mins? The standard of golf I saw at this place, they should have 20 min gaps!
Average golf course (from what I saw), but wouldn't pay a penny more than £20 and will not be back.
