Lovely course, lovely condition
I had read mixed reviews of Weston Turville, although most recent ones I'd seen were fairly positive. It certanly worked out that way, as the course was in a pretty impressive condition. The fairways, which at a lot of courses are still struggling due to last year's summer heatwave, were a match for the high quality of the tees and greens.This isn't a long course, but most holes are tree lined and a number of fairways aren't especially wide, so you'll still have to work to get a decent score.
I found the course to be quite delightful, and one that I certainly would visit regularly if I only lived a lot closer. Of my 'on course' tips, one would be to be aware of the pond that guards the front of the 14th green. I was quite happy with my approach until it suddenly disappeared from view. My second is to get a course guide, or take a photo of the course layout on the wall outside the pro shop. There are a few tees that aren't especially well signposted.
One other plus from my visit today was the welcome in the pro shop, which was everything you could hope for.

Improves each time I play
Very enjoyable, course in good condition, greens seem to be improving each time I play. Leaves a bit of a bother but trees provide nice landscape in autumn(Round played: Nov 2018 - Score: 80 Handicap: 11.8)

great course shortish but tight
played this course twice this week very nice course. Good value for money as i paid 12.50 pounds after 5.00 pm The course is flat with many trees,it is not long but tight. My one grip would be if you are new to the course not easy to sometimes find the next tee.Very friendly staff.Overall very happy to play this course again.Reviewer Rating

nice course
very nice day weather was great and the course was in great shape, greens very hard and didn't hold much so had to play short and run on but can't complane to much.The club house has been upgraded and looks great.

In great condition this early in the year. Some bunkers needed work but quality of the greens and fairways very good and really improved in recent months.

Lovely mild autumn afternoon, course in great condition. Lots of leaves - but you just had to stay out of them!

Only comment to make is that it would be nice to have the pin positions marked by the more usual coloured flags 0 red (front) yellow (middle) and white (back).At present front nine are all coloured red and back nine are yellow
