What the club says: A unique nine hole golf course, set in the spectacularly beautiful Buckinghamshire Chiltern Hills. A serious challenge to the low handicap golfer, whilst still able to accommodate the higher handicap player or society member. With a chalk base giving ample drainage and the ability to hold moisture through some of the hottest summers the course will always tend to be in good condition.

A little gem

A cracking little 9 hoke course with some tricky holes, especially the par 4 fourth which plays like a par 5 and a leg 200 yd+ par 3 8th. 1st green is hidden.

A little gem of a course...

This is an absolute gem of a course. It's not long and it's only 9 hole, but don't let that put you off. Everyone is friendly; the pro, the members, the greenkeeping staff (who are doing a great job of looking after the course btw). It was in excellent condition and was a pleasure to play. Not a modern "grip it and rip it" course. After the first hole I left the driver in the bag, thought about where to put the ball, and started to score. I played 18 so went round twice, and the only slight niggle is that the 1st/10th tee was a bit of a pinch point. I'm nitpicking though, as otherwise I really enjoyed playing the course and will definitely come back as soon as I can.

Over priced- Rude

Called to make a booking. Booked for 9.30am. Arrived to play and was told we would be in the middle of the ‘roll up’. Being 9 holes twice they didn’t manage the existing players on the course coming to the 10th-1st hole.
We waited 40 minutes as to not disrupt the group of seniors.
Eventually got on the course and was not overly impressed. Better off at Elleborough, better condition and friendlier staff.

Great little course which drains brilliantly and therefore provides great conditions all year round. Welcoming staff and members, I was on my own and was invited to join a group of members playing who were really friendly.

(Round played: Sep 2015 - Score: 80 Handicap: 10.6) Challenging short course will make you really think about position rather than just hitting the driver.

My first round at Whiteleaf and It was most enjoyable. The views are impressive and the greens are very fast for this time of year, which added a few to my scorecard! The members and staff were all very welcoming and I look forward to a return visit. On a side note, for bird watchers, I was within 30 foot of a Red Kite as it swooped overhead, a magnificent sight.
The only down side was a distinct lack of car parking, apart from that all was good.

What a super nine hole course, it is in excellent condition, the greens were fast and true. Obviously the greens staff take pride in their work. The course is not long, but there are a couple of blind holes and all the holes are tight. If you miss a green you can leave yourself a tricky shot. There is a twilight green fee available after 3:30.
