The essex was playing to its full length of the yellow tees and greens where very fast and dry ball not holding on green when pitching in tee green. All in all a good days golf very hot day.

Course in fantastic condition for time of year. Still believe this course to be the best course in the area, especially in winter.

Lovely course in a tranquil setting with very little road noise. Having played many courses this September I can honestly say this is in the finest condition I have experienced in Essex thus far (including Channels, Three Rivers and The Warren). Twilight green fee deal of £13 on teeofftimes represents excellent value for money. The only criticism would be that the tees could do with more signage (there was no course map on the scorecard). Overall, a very pleasant experience!

This was a very good course the only thing that let it down was no course info when teeing off you can't tell where your going or how far. Good greens and good fairways bunkers not the best

course played well, well maintained, starters are friendly, barstaff are friendly with a great sense of humour, the reception staff are very pleasant and had a great sense of humour as well

Played 17th August Excellent course very well looked after and challenging found certain holes very hard with on coming head wind.
