was disappointed with course, was expecting if to be in good condition but greens were not good and covered in sand which should of been told and some money take off green fee and the fairways were in a poor condition

The bunkers need to be sorted out as this ruins a potentially good course. It has been a harsh summer so the fairways are patchy and there is very little water or other hazards to keep your interest. Hopefully when the young tress grow a little and they invest more time into manicuring and looking after the course it will get better. Overall a fair course that I would not ruch back to play.

Decent course, good greens, but.....
This is a pretty good track. A variety of holes. Being in a valley there are a lot of sloping fairways. The greens are very good at the moment. We had a very slow society in front of us so the round took 5 hours. No marshal in sight. They are clearly investing money in the course because there are a few parts that look like a building site.But....the clubhouse, I'm sure meant to be grandiose, is utterly soulless. The staff are efficient enough, but none really seem happy to be there. Food, at best, is average.

Slow and incionsistent greens
Nice layout in the Haliboo valley. Tees in good nick as were the fairways. Rough quite long after the rain followed by the sun. Greens showing a little too much growth but that is to be expected at this stage in season.(Round played: Jun 2021 - Score: 87 Handicap: 15.4)

Lovely golf course in the Surrey Hills
Really nice course. Greens are true, tee boxes in good condition. Rough can be a bit ropey!!Quite expensive for the quality, but a lovely day out.

What a gem!

Windy day, minimal food and drink due to virus lockdown.
Course is quite hilly so offers plenty of practice on shots for ball above and below feet.

Good solid course
This is my local course - I've played it 50 times so my view is not that of a first time visitor. That being the case I will say this. It never lets me down each time I visit - as it is always playable. Even in the worst of the weather. Somehow they keep on top of things brilliantly - because there is often traffic on it.From a playing point of view - It's hard to get in trouble as it is quite open but there are several ways of playing the same hole which spices things up. Poor club selection will punish more than a poor stroke.
