An enjoyable course, with wide fairways and little trouble if you are slightly off line. Just remember that the course slopes a lot as it is in a valley

Excellent course. Set in a valley, there is rarely a flat fairway and lots of little slopes around the greens. But, there is hardly a blind shot on the course, which means it's very playable even if you've not played there before. Not long, with a premium on position, especially off the tee. Greens were slow, following recent rain, but consistent. Bunkers were very hard (again it has been wet) and possible lacked some depth of sand. But that would be my one (minor) criticism of a very enjoyable course.

Greens had been spiked recently so not in top condition but everything else was very good.

The Clubhouse is outstanding and contains a array of friendly helpful staff with a great full English to start the day. The greens and fairways had been cut and offered a concise fairway and first cut separation. All of the ample bunkers had been raked and provided well located traps for the unaware. Al of the greens were in perfect condition with no temporary greens at all even though it was October and overall the course and it location were in both beautiful condition offering a great round of golf. The only criticism I have is that the kitchen doesn't open until 8.30am so book accordingly if you want to eat before playing and the range is outdoor with only 4no. bays which was also not working.

Course played really well (stay out the bunkers they are hard sand). Over all very good course will definitely play again soon

Golf society day. The layout is fairly straightforward but the course condition is excellent and the greens are superb. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend this course for all handicappers.
