Very wet this time round. Quite like this course, generally good value for money. Not very many par 3s or 5s - which results in quite a number of longish par 4s. Most annoying thing on this course is normally having to q before tee off on the 10th hole - a long par 3 - next to the club house where people tend to stop for coffee etc resulting in long backlog at times.

Really nice course for a great price. Didn't think much of the guy in the pro shop, old fella, bit rude and hadn't our tee time recorded when it was booked previously, made us start from the 10th and shouted at a member of the party who took a bit of a divot from the tee box. Right in front of the club house, and people sitting outside - not a great start and left a nasty aftertaste. Shame though - the guys who make the effort to maintain the really nice course let down by a joe in the clubhouse.

Interesting course. Fairways not as good as others, greens were woolly. But have had lots of wet weather.

The course was I good condition for a pay and play. Great value, especially in the afternoons
Course is quite long for a high handicapper and the run in could do with a greater variety of holes (last seven are all longish par 4s)

Good course for beginners and also a fair challenge for experienced players. Course condition fair but not great.

Has to be one of the best value courses anywhere close to London. Fairways super rapid. Greens well watered.

Friendly and affordable
I friendly club, in great condition, not long - but that suits me - and at a decent green fee. Very enjoyable, 3 ball round in 3.45hrs is good at a weekend anywhere.Reviewer Rating

Hadn't played here for ages. Course was in good nick given the recent wet weather. Tricky to find balls at times with all the leaves lying around. Greens were good and rolled well. Nice sausage and egg roll pre round and decent pint post round. Well worth playing and will head back in future.
