Short course with great fairways and fast greens
Where most courses are experiencing very dry fairways, Toothill has green fairways and nice fast greens. It is a good layout, with some easy holes and some challenging ones. The feature hole 12th is a great par 3 and one I would love to make a hole in one on ??????A 2 ball completed our round in under 3 hours, which is great.Reviewer Rating

Lovely course with the advantage of sprinklers on the fairways, greens fantastic. Unfortunately the clubhouse has been closed for a long time but a new pro shop is well stocked. They used to do a great breakfast.

Good course in good nick
Title says it all, course continues to play well and is in good condition especially considering lots of dry weather lately. Pay and play set up worked ok although a shame nowhere to have a quiet drink afterwards unless you drive to the village pub. The layout and variety of holes, shapes have always been fun to play. Toot Hill
Great course in tip top condition, although it’s not long there are some hard holes, the design is very well thought out, the only issue at the moment is there is no bar/clubhouse etc but hopefully this will be rectified in the future.I would suggest the Green Man pub down the road for great food and drink.

The course itself is in immaculate condition and really enjoyable to play. The only reason it's not a 10 is no clubhouse and you don't have any kind of halfway house to get a cold drink/hot drink etc.

Brilliant and well managed course, for how busy the course was we found the tee times were staggered perfectly and we were never waiting more than a couple of minutes to tee off. Nice tiny little golf shack at start, shame there is no cafe/bar to have a beer or some lunch after round.

Good quality course. Tee boxes and greens were well cared for. The only issue was that it is rather short. It is rated so highly but on some holes, you?d need to play off the white tees for it to be a proper hole.
