Played this course yesterday 09/01/2017 always improvements going on here. Brilliant value for money. 17th just been revamped. Looks fantastic keep up he good work greenkeepers.

I played the course only a day ago and given the time of year it was in fantastic condition. Greenkeeper said its all part of a continued improvement project at Thorney. Long may it continue. Well done your doing a great job.

Good course in good nic. Greens nice. We like the front 9 better than the back.

Really good course, with some challenging par 3s over water. Nice fairways and friendly staff, well recommended.

Played today on a greenfee. What great value. If this course was closer I would join as a member. Greens a bit fast for us as we could not judge the pace and kept going past the hole. Only moan was the par 3s was bad for pitch marks.

Good course. Just starting to dry out on the odd place. But fairways where being watered so its no problem. Greens running fast and very clean. A hard course even tho its fairly short. Nice water on front 9.

I enjoyed this course which presented a good challenge, but wasn't ridiculously tough. If you could hit the ball a reasonable distance, with acceptable accuracy, you had a good chance to score well. At least it worked for me, as I was the trophy winner on my Golf Society's away day there.

Very nice course. Greens in good condition. Shame it rained the whole round. Some holes very tight. Need to be straight of the tee.

Very nice small homely clubhouse. The course was great. Some great holes. Lots of water. Greens very good. Lots of work going on near the 17th green. The greenkeeper said it was a new lake being built.

Course has changed so much since I played it last (18months ago)\ I must say the course is in great shape. Greens had been sanded but still true and nice.

Course in excellent condition with the exception of the bunkers, which are in dire need of more sand. However, rest of course in great shape. Some very interesting holes and very mature landscaping.
