What The Club Says
Richings Park Golf Club is built in the Park of a grand seventeenth Century Country House. The course benefits from the many surviving old trees, which were carefully planted to create a fine setting for the original house which was burnt down just after the war. The Withy Brook flows through the grounds and this along with a number of lakes provides added interest. There is an Ice House on the 17th tee which is left over from when the house was occupied. The par 70 course has been laid out to make use of these very attractive features.

Not a bad Course
Despite recent very wet weather the course was in reasonable condition. Some minor flooding on some fairways (deep and large puddles) and quite a few bunkers flooded. Many greens in poor condition due to diseased grass but still played quite well. Despite heavy traffic noise from local roads its worth a visit.Reviewer Rating

It's has loads of potential of improving like re doing the whole driving range to the new modern world. Which can work inline with members for discount rates. Golf course also need to improve with it technology in preparation of machines to make it more defined and more greener with a better water improvement system with re vamp of club house.
