What the club says: Heathpark offers a challenge to both beginner and experienced golfer. Though a nine hole course we at Heathpark offer 18 holes of golf by via two flags on each green, whilst using the same tees.

I was staying at the crown plaza hotel witch iOS next to the Heathpark golf course.
I arrived midday on a Sunday mid Aug and I walked over the course to see if there was a tee time available. I was shocked with what I saw, A static caravan as a club house and trash every every it looked like step toes yard. I asked if there was availability and she looked me up and down and said not like that you will not! I had trousers and an tee shirt on. I said i had my clubs and clothes in my car. She was dressed in a pink shell suit!!!!
I went back at 14:30 and the course was empty. I paid my £15 and off I went and wow was I disappointed. It was a a large pitch and putt course all par three holes. the tees were thread bare, bunkers were over grown and half full of grass and weeds. my grass in my back yard is in better condition than the greens.
I am pre warning any golfers out there who are expecting a golf course.... this is not a golf course, its a poor pitch and putt.
I was on the only golfer there from 14:30 to 16:45 on a Sunday afternoon.
I have loads of pictures if you want proof.
