9 hole Commanders Course
A very challenging, picturesque well draining 9 hole course with 2 tee positions, with the option to play 9 or 18.The staff are very friendly and helpful and the the green fees are very competitive.

1 of the areas best
Every holes is picture perfect, and immaculately kept. Fairways are well guarded by some very well placed bunkers. Greens are well tended , and flags placed in challenging positions.Plenty of practice facilities including driving range, greens and chipping area.
Enjoyed our game thoroughly and will definitely be returning.

Oakmere Commanders course
Only nine holes but with two sets of tee areas.Very good layout and fairly well looked after. Different flag positions giving a different putting challenge each time you go.

Underated Course
Great challenge for all abilities. Beware the hill climb on the 9th and after the 16th though. They are brutes especially for the less mobile golfer. Not a fan of the 8th ..too short....9th...too hilly..and 10th..too blind a second shot. Still well worth a visit though and will return. Very reasonably priced abdguys in the pro shop are very friendly too.Reviewer Rating

Nice layout, good facilities
Having played just about every course in the local area, we decided to give this one a try for ?20 and we were not disappointed. Facilities are great with a range, good pro shop and a halfway house doing hot and cold food and drinks. The Admirals Course was absolutely fine for ?20 and although two or three of the early holes were a bit straight up and down, there were enough holes which needed some thought to keep the round interesting. The first hole tee off is a peach for anyone not having played it, looks very daunting but in reality is an easy ish dog leg. We will return for a society day if the packages are competitive with other good local options.Reviewer Rating
