Played here with two other golfers on the 31st August. The weather for the front nine was atrocious but thankfully the back 9 was much better and we even saw some sun! The staff in the pro shop were so welcoming and helpful. The course is very good but the views are amazing - absolutely love this course and will be back to play again.

Fantastic course with great views
first time i have ever played this course, what a delight to play. Some tough holes that require good shot shaping to take into account the links ground.
Views from the course will blow you away.
Will be back

Great value you for money and some of the greatest views in England. The condition of the greens is excellent and the investment in the course is really paying off. What a turnaround.

Back after 20 years. 15th oldest in the world. Stunning old clubhouse modelled on Royal Calcutta. Everything 5 star from the superb breakfast, the wonderfull golf course with the 6th hole which the great Ben Hogan said was his idea of our perfect golf hole and has been renamed " Hogan " with bunker added which he suggested, also the friendly staff and Pros.
Walk in the footsteps of greatness visit Panmure.

Phenomenal
This has to be one of the best courses in the country for views over the Purbeck hills and Poole Harbour, come miles of beaches at Bournemouth.

Lovely
A very challenging course every shot needs to be thought out as any other will put you in trouble . A little disappointed with the greens some were not great all are undergoing work but most ran true even so .

Fantastic environment for golf
What a treat. Conditions were wet in places, but nothing could spoil the enjoyment of playing a great course with stunning scenery. With a number of blind tee shots this place would improve over repeated visits. A number of stand out holes, but 5th and 11th stay in the mind. Lovely clubhouse and able to eat and soak in the views to Poole harbour.

Has some of the most stunning views you will see on a course especially on the front 9. A challenge which is made harder when you miss fairways if the wind gets up shot and club selection is very important.
