A superb and well kept course that plays well for golfers who want a challenge as it has lots of sloped fairways. Would definitely recommend playing. Nice clubhouse and facilities.

Outstanding parkland course. Layout is undulating and well crafted - fairways generally wide and greens not over-bunkered. Other than a couple of greens that have taken a battering over the winter, the course is beautifully kept. Really good value for money, and great vibes from members both on the course and in the clubhouse.

Brilliant course, even after a large amount of rain yesterday. Greens were immaculate, the fastest and truest I've ever played. Friendly clubhouse too, haven't got a bad word to say really. Maybe the signage to tees could be a little better, got lost trying to find the 16th.
Will be recommending it as a course to play for my golf society.

An absolute gem! This course has the ambition to have the number 1 Greens in Essex. If they havent already they will be! Absolutely beautiful Greens, layout and staff. Really good confidence builder for high to mid handicappers as there is not a lot of Rough and semi rough is kept neat and cut. But you need to think of your club you use because of elevation and green slopes. The greenkeepers must do overtime here as they are unbelievable having played several different more expensive courses this year. Cant wait to go back. handicap 18 score 87
