Great Condition Course

Quality and variety
If this was my local course I'd be a very happy golfer indeed. This is mainly because of the variety of challenges it has to offer. There are many undulating holes that will have you huffing and puffing, but you be rewarded when you reach all the greens that are so well kept. I play in a society and we all rate this course as one of the best we play that is well worth the journey .(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 88 Handicap: 20.3)

Beautiful course well kept
Lovely course extremely well kept and the greens were amazing, it is definitely a course to add to your list to play.(Round played: May 2020 - Score: 85 Handicap: 18.1)

Good as usual
Good to get out again. Staff really good. Social distance was good. Course in good condition. . Tee timed booked well in advance but worth the wait

Great condition, really friendly
Wasn't expecting much after 8 weeks of lockdown. A round a few days earlier on another course was blighted by dreadful greens and deep rough. Epping however was a joy, immaculate fairways and greens and the rough was sensible. It's a shortish course of mainly par 4s and a real test of approach play and putting. Loved every minute of it.

Great little course
First time play Epping Golf Course. Found it to be a great little course, good fairways, greens in fantastic condition. Nice challenging course with doglegs, slopes and some interesting holes. Friendly staff.I we definitely play here again and would recommend this course.

Very friendly. Well kept
Great course for beginners to intermediate. In lovely condition

Do not assume that because it is a short course that it is easy.

Outstanding condition
This is neither a long nor a tough course but challenging enough to make you think. Mainly a parkland course over some undulating Essex countryside. There are enough well placed bunkers, ponds and trees to make you need to place your tee shots. The trees are are mixture of mature and young which will only improve the course over time.Played this course a number of times but just played it in January and it is in outstanding condition, well done to the green keepers. The far end of the course is bounded by the M25 and M11 so when you're down there enjoying your game spare a though for all those poor souls stuck in traffic jams or going to work, it'll put that slice or hook you just played into perspective.
