Great value course
Played for the first time in a while and course in much better condition than previously and greens true and tricky. Very good value compared to other neighbouring courses.Reviewer Rating

Nice!
As a returning to golf player, Bird Hills is perfect. Plenty of space for those wayward drives but still a good challenge.Reviewer Rating

Good firm conditions
A few days of dry weather have made the greens firm. Need to land on fringe and let it roll on, otherwise the ball will not stay on the green.Reviewer Rating

Bird Hills
As pay and play courses go it is pretty good, particularly in the summer months when it is dry! Greens were in good condition, and ran true! Clubhouse is old fashioned but the food and drink menu is good!Reviewer Rating

Easy layout
Wide fairways with very few out-of-bounds areas. Well kept for a public course and greens are quick. Good clubhouse and range. Great value for money.Reviewer Rating

Open and forgiving
Good facilities, nice clubhouse and bar (when you can use it). Fairways and tee boxes are well maintained, and green a pleasure to play. Some strategically located bunkers and ditches offer a slight challenge, but you shouldn't get into any great difficulty. In fact, a few more obstacles would improve the course.Reviewer Rating
