Nice layout, enjoyable course
A course which has a nice layout, challenging and currently in good condition. Greens are lush and look fast but are not.Reviewer Rating

Fabulous course
First time playing this course.Very nicely set out. Greens were a tad difficult to master, very hard, lots of slopes. A very good test
Bunkers probably need a little more sand.
Overall a god day out.
One issue they don't accept cash in the clubhouse

good track
Great course at Beeston Fields. Good variety of holes and good challenge. The tee boxes and fairways were great but the greens were uncharacteristically patchy making putting tricky. Bunkers were inconsistent and lots of stones. Also, no water in the pro shop. But an enjoyable round and a great pint afterwards.Reviewer Rating

great course
Beautiful, mature course. Fairways were a bit long but the greens were magic. Fairly quiet so pace of play was great. £30 a round is OK i'd say for a visitor.(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 82 Handicap: 11.9)

Best it has been in a long time
Wow! The course is looking and playing fantastic at present. There have been a few minor alterations since I last played with a few bunker changes and improvements to the par 8th but the stand out feature for me were some of the natural design features.Quite a few areas have been left to develop naturally and bunker edgings have also been left to grow which really helps with the look and aesthetics of the course which defines the fairways, bunkers and greens. But don't worry this isn't just an excuse to have really tough rough, the rough was fine, so don't be put off from playing.
The course was in excellent condition, played well and made for an enjoyable round. Well worth playing if you live nearby or fancy a trip along the M1 which the course only being 10 minutes from J25.
