\Played on a weekend. Saturday at 2.41 pm. The round ended up being 5 and a half hours long and I was appalled. I walked off the 18th at 8pm. By this time if was dark. Course was in average condition, greenkeepers are doing a fair job considering how overplayed it is. I was treated poorly by the restaurant staff however the club pro was a very nice young chap. Would only recommend if you don\\\\\\\'t care about the golf (more just for the food).

Dad & Lad Game

Allerton Manor is a brilliant course.
Public footpath through the back 9 is annoying sometimes.
The ground staff are doing a great job.
Look forward to the planned modernisations for the course.

course in fantastic condition pace of play can be slow at times but you have to remember it is a municipal course so foot fall is high have not tried the bars since covid but if the same service is in place should be ok.

Golf day

Well it was our first time at Allerton Manor and from the drive up to the club house and the surroundings was impressive then once on the course what can I say it was a really brilliant course so different to Sherdley Park plus the added addition of an Halfway House. Had a good days golfing be back soon

First time I have played the coarse for three years due to illness after being a member for twenty years I was impressed by the condition of the coarse and the availability of a buggy to make it possible for me to play I will be playing again

course in good shape from tee to green well worth a visit but the club house is a bit pricey for food

this course is well worth a visit if you are in the area it may be a muni but its in top condition good layout with fast and true greens, and the 19 hole is one of the best it would certainly beat some private courses

Alluring Allerton Manor

We booked this for our first society of the year and we're not disappointed. The recently built clubhouse is like no other clubhouse with its full glass front made of bi-folding doors which open to make an impressive indoor / outdoor area. The course is tree lined with testing greens, sculptured bunkers and challenging layout. The food is really exceptional. This is a new modern approach to golf which is based on customer service and a high quality offer.

Wow, what a breath of fresh air this place is. A golf club that has been invested in. Until yesterday I last played here 5 years ago and I could not believe my eyes from the moment I arrived. The new clubhouse / restaurant exterior is stunning and that theme runs right through from the showers and changing rooms to the very friendly welcome in the 'uber' professional shop.
They recently opened up course improvements to the front 9 and they have made a fantastic change to the feel of the course. Deep links style bunkers and elevated tees are superb. There is some GUR which is fresh seeded area but not really in play unless you hit a real stinker and no doubt these will be greened up in no time. The fairways resembled green carpets and I had a great lie every time I found one (ok 6 times) I finished my day off with a pint on the outside terrace while planning my next visit with my playing partners. A must play course for all.
