Value for money
Long but well maintained fairways. Greens could do with work on places. But for the price, if you want a round with good views and a physical workout, this is for you.Reviewer Rating

Great VFM
Great value for money. Its a long course but when green fees are so reasonable I can afford a buggy! Course in reasonable condition. A few areas of mud mounds on fairways, is a bit disappointing but assuming it's work in progress.(Round played: Mar 2019 - Score: 106 Handicap: 33.7)

Some of the greens on this course are in poor condition and there doesn't seem to be many grounds staff around, at least not when I am playing. Many of the greens are sloping which makes putting rather more difficult than on a flat green.

great value course, very long, be prepared to hit the ball from under your feet and above your feet due to the many hills, greens aren't n the best of condition at the moment, the rough is rough, if your not consistently accurate with the driver then leave it in the car, the rough will get you, but still excellent value, a real test for the less talented golfer like myself!!

Ash-Valley was a nice course think it was a lil bit too much for my first time on a golf course but for the more distinguished players its a fab day.

having played here many times over the years, good to see the course receiving the TLC it deserves.the club has just had a relaunch and every effort is being made to improve the course with new bunkers,narrower fairways and tighter smaller greens to focus your game.very pleased with overall condition.
