Members of English and Scottish golf clubs can qualify for Turkish grand final
Golfers this summer will have the oppportunity to qualify for a grand final amateur event staged at Turkey's Gloria Golf Resort courtesy of individual rounds at venues throughout England and Scotland.
The Race to Belek amateur golf tournament begins on 6 June with a series of events for members of English and Scottish golf courses close to the regional UK airports from which Corendon Airlines flies to Turkey and Crete. The series culminates in a grand final held at Gloria Golf Resort in Belek, Turkey, from 6-10 October.
Since it was founded in 2000, Corendon Airlines has brought millions of passengers to their dream destinations, including many travelling to world-renowned golf courses in Turkey.
Corendon Airlines is collaborating with specialist golf tour operator Kaden Group and Gloria Hotels & Resorts to create this event.
How to Qualify:

A total of 10 qualifying rounds will take place across the following courses in England and Scotland between 6 June and 25 July 2025:
6 June: Largs Golf Club, North Ayrshire
20 June: Flempton Golf Club, near Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
4 July: Donnington Grove Golf Club, Newbury, Berkshire
11 & 12 July: Newmachar Golf Club, Aberdeen
18 July: Alsager Golf Club, near Stoke-on-Trent
19 July: Crewe Golf Club, Crewe
20 July: Howley Hall Golf Club, near Leeds
24 July: Rookery Park Golf Club, near Lowestoft, Suffolk
25 July: Swaffham Golf Club, Norfolk

The Race to Belek series has become a highlight of the amateur golf calendar, further strengthening ties between UK golf clubs and Turkey’s thriving golf tourism scene. Finalists will enjoy an unforgettable experience in Turkey’s golf paradise, Belek, at the grand final from 6-10 October, hosted by Gloria Hotels & Resorts, which serves as an international meeting point for amateur golfers. Their prize includes direct flights from Corendon Airlines from the UK to Antalya, two rounds of championship golf in the final tournament, VIP airport transfers and golf organisation support from Kaden Group, golf goodies and accommodation at the five-star, prestigious Gloria Golf Resort in Belek.
Last year, eight amateur golfers from across the country enjoyed a memorable experience at the grand final in October, and the winner was Carl Rushton from Formby, Merseyside.
