Lovely course and good facilities, scorecards don't have course map which i later found out you have to purchase, was not advised about this prior to tee off. 18th hole is a bit tricky especially as the driving range is adjacent, a few wayward balls on the course so took a while to find mine off the drive. Group-on deal was well worth it.

i was at wokefield park on 8th march 2014, we played the course and it was excellent, we had a deal through groupon and it was great value for money, greens were good, food was excellent and the guys in the golf shop were really good fun and do anything to help, the bar is a bit pricey though! look forward to playing again

Liked the course a lot. Quite long which suited me and huge greens. big bunkers and plenty of them. Quite a lot of water too.
The only thing with De Vere courses are the quality of the greens I just don't think they are good enough for a championship standard course and the greens at Wokefield Park were bumpy,some were slow and nothing like the practice green, others quick.
Still enjoyed playing here though and would recommend it.

Great venue for a society break with family and friends. Hotel facilities were perfect for us , golf course challenging and fantastic for all ability of golfers. Will definitely return and recommend.

Worth a visit
Nice course - suitable for low and high handicappers. hazards in just the right places to make club selection important for low handicappers. Greens not easy, most in good condition, but several bobbly due to poor pitch repairingReviewer Rating

The golf course was hard enough without the torrential rain the venue ie room in the hotel was excellent the bars were also excellent the only complaint would be the evening meal wasn't up to standard the morning breakfast was fineReviewer Rating

Really good course. Tees need some work as they had been gouged in places. Greens good speed and true. Long course and a true test. Back 9 tougher than the front with more hazards, especially water.Reviewer Rating

Slow play
The course is very good and is used for corporate events and societies. If you play when these events are on expect a long day. Last week we walked off at the thirteenth hole after 4.5 hours, and Monday it took us 5 hours (2 ball). Only saw the Marshall once on Monday, not at all last week.Reviewer Rating
