Longest game of gold of my life
Course in great condition, which is crazy considering the amount of people they squeezed on. 6 hours to play Sunday and 5 hours on Monday. Waiting on every shot, then coming off with the worst score ever and just desperate for a drink. Would have come home if it wasn't sunny. Long course with lots of blind holes.Reviewer Rating

Longer than average
This is a parkland course in a lovely setting which is 6500 yards off the yellows. This isn't it's only defense, with water on a few holes and well placed bunkers and rough. We found it challenging approaching greens with 5 irons rather than wedges which made a good change for the day. Facilities are good and we paid ?100 for a Saturday afternoon fourball so very good value. It was a slow round at times but equally it was Saturday afternoon post lockdown...Reviewer Rating

Good course
We play an annual event here and whilst I find the course long and difficult it is worth a visit. The approach to the course up the long driveway Let's you know you are somewhere special. Despite all the problems the staff were very helpful and we enjoyed a good breakfast before play in what seems a safe environment. The course was in good condition other than some areas where there was wear and tear.Reviewer Rating

Enjoyable
Have played and stayed here a few times, but today was just turn up for a game of golf. In normal times, this whole complex would have a lot of people in attendance. Amazed at how relatively empty the car parks were. Very few out the n the course. We felt like it was our own course, fairways very bare, but that is understandable given the very dry spell of weather. The greens are generally very good (pity some people will not mend their pitch marks). Certainly come again.(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 93 Handicap: 18.5)

Poor condition
This course is showing a lack of investment and care . The fairways are bone dry and the greens not much better. Many bunkers are full of weeds. Some greens especially on the back 9 are full of holes. Paths between holes have pot holes.Reviewer Rating
