Some bunker full of water from the downpour earlier in the week but thats not to be helped.
Greens a bit slow due to sand but running true.
Great Hybrid into the 15th green from 200 out, shame I missed the birdie putt !!!

Course played really well, greens in excellent condition. Girls in the club house were very good serving 50 of us on a society day.

Top course with neat fairways and excellent greens. A great test to your golf game with each hole offering something new, some very picturesque holes which are lovely to play but difficult at the same time. Good shots will be rewarded but a challenging back 9 will test your mental resolve! Stay away from the breakfasts, only negative point really.

Have played Whitefield a few times now and always found it a pleasure to play, some tricky holes especially the par 3s. Course in reasonable condition given rough winter we have had. Green true if a little slow. Always friendly welcome. Well worth a visit for sure.

Course ok but a bit heavy, played with 7other players today and went for a drink afterwards but was refused service because of a lack of personnel to serve us (at3:00pm)

Course was very soft from the rain 2 days earlier and the bunkers were very compacted, but with the amount of rain it was expected.
Greens were still very fast and true, fairways were lovely.
Great course, going again next week too.

Whitefield is a lovely course and a test for any golfer.
The front nine are a gentle introduction to a tougher back nine, where the course gets longer and tightens up.
With the exception of the 3rd, all the par 3 holes are a test not only for accuracy but distance in avoiding the hazards, as the are all hit over a valley.
The more I play this course the more I've loved it, as I'm trying to not let the back nine get the better of me !

This is a fantastic course that suits every level of golfer, the front 9 is a gentle introduction to the course but the back 9 is a fantastic test of golf with some stunning par 3's. Getting upto the greens on some of the par 3's could be a bit of a test for a senior citizen as they are very high up where you go from the bottom of the valley upwards and i'd say the greens are a good 30ft above the valley at least and it's all uphill to the greens. You'd be better with a buggy if your a senior citizen.

The greens were excellent, the course is very well looked after, it's a course we'll be going back too quite a lot as it's a pleasure to play the course. It's also very easy to get too.
