What a great day

What a great course and lovely people would recommend without question tough course but very rewarding if you can navigate the tight fairways

Xmas fresh air

Lovely course, hidden gem and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommended. Nice club house and a nice selection of food and drink.

Quirky, nice, welcoming.

I've played Uttoxeter twice in 2017 and on both occasions have been made very welcome as a non member. We paid £20 each on a Sunday morning which is great value. The course is quirky, as it has a lot of blind tee shots and holes, and where you have to play over greens from adjacent holes, so it can feel cramped. But it has lots of interesting holes, due to the hilly nature of the course, which was in good condition. The greens were very soft after the recent rain, and I'm told the course suffers in winter because of poor drainage. Don't let that put you off, its a cracking course, nice bar, good value.

Miserable wet day but we enjoyed our first experience of Uttoxeter.

A buggy is a must on next visit.
