Lovely Golf Course
Great course and club, first visit but worthy of a perfect review. Club staff very helpful and friendly, the course was very well kept. Some blind shots and hills to contend with, definitely worth a visit.Reviewer Rating

Monday Madness it's a steal
Monday madness £12 each - excellent value. Course in immaculate condition. Fairways very tidy, greens running smooth. Quite a hilly course, plenty to think about. A few blind shots and ponds that catch you out - do some course homework before visiting. Great day's golf - definitely returning another Monday for reduced green fees.(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 100 Handicap: 22)

first visit to this course and firstly go for the full english great food..the course is set up nicely and the greens are super fast and difficult to read which makes for a challenging round. Interesting holes but the only drawback a lot of them are blind so for a first visit makes a somewhat difficult round, the fairways are nice and lush and overall a great testing course.

Bunkers need serious work. Not just a dusting of sand.Destone please chipped yet another wedge due to lack of care on bunkers

Probably the best course I have had the privilege of playing this year . Course is in great condition , the staff are very friendly and happy to help . The food was very good , and just great value for money .

Beautiful course in excellent condition. Very nicely laid out over the hills next to the racecourse this course is not that long but is a fun challenge. Lots of ups and downs and as a result you rarely get a level stance. Tree lined fairways force you to be straight off the tee. Tough to score well as a first time visitor as all but the par 3s are blind tee shots and all you have is a marker post to aim for. Check out the hole diagrams on the tee boards because some holes have water or a deep valley hiding around the corner. Midweek green fee of £18 was a bargain for such a lovely course.

What a great day

I've played this course many times in the past and think it's fantastic. Not too long but some lovely holes and scoring isn't easy. Course is always in good condition and there are some great views over the countryside all the way around.

Played this course May 24th, the course was superb with fast greens and manicured fairways, it is course where you need to think about your next shots, we had a bacon bap after the round it was also superb.
