We played here (for the first time) on a very windy and damp day and although none of us played well, thoroughly enjoyed it. An interesting hilly course with plenty of sand to negotiate and enough water to make you think! Well worth a visit and we will be returning. The one drawback was that the bar was shut just when we needed a refresher and had to walk next door to the hotel.

Great coarse for a weekend away
Stayed here for a weekend golf society and had a great time, the facility are spot on and the course was challenging and in great condition. The only down side was the bunkers didn't have much sand in ( that's what I was told away by those that went in them).Also I?d order your drinks about 20 minutes before you actually want them as the back staff were useless

Good condition
The course was in good condition, pace of the greens varied a little .all the staff were very pleasant.

Well kept course in a nice setting with great greens and interesting holes. Rough is kept short to enable quicker play which makes it easier for a higher handicapper.

Well worth a visit

Nice course

Fantastic challenging golf course and nice facilities. Breakfasts were good, buffet dinners OK but not fantastic, 20% off deal made a huge difference to the bar bill. All in all would definitely come again.

Strange course set up
This is a strange course with the 18th hole finishing at the back of the residential complex and a long walk around the hotel from 9th to 10th, giving an eerie feeling and not making the most of the clubhouse and patio area. This is a very straight forward course with no real demons. As ever (see Selsdon Park), I am not sure what the De Vere relationship provides because we finished at 5.30pm to be told the clubhouse and bar was closed even though they had 3 societies playing. poor customer service.(Round played: May 2019 - Score: 85 Handicap: 13.4)
