course should be closed
no drainage too much rain ground soaked need wellies not golf shoes standing in puddles to take shots not enjoyable will play again in the summerReviewer Rating

Neglected course
The course has been neglected recently, all greens have patches and burnt area on them, its bunkers has no sand. Very poor course.Reviewer Rating

Give this one a miss
Although the greens may be in good condition, the tee boxes are uneven and in need of some attention. Brambles surround the bases of many trees and the bramble bushes are frequent.No attempt has been made to tackle the rough during the winter months, and things are not looking good for the coming season.Reviewer Rating

Cheap and cheerful, but not very good
Course has no facilities to speak of and was in very poor condition, greens with big bare patches, few signs or distance markers, barely any sand in the bunkers and generally unloved. Won’t be returning!(Round played: Nov 2018 - Score: 89 Handicap: 14.4)

Avoid till they fix groundsmen
£20 to play this course on a Saturday, the course is very badly maintained. The fairways are like rough. It hasn't been cut in months it looks. The travellers do there horse trotting on the course and it shows. The greens are all chopped up and holes on them. 3 people walked off the course while I had my round with friends. I've played Priors a lot last year. But I can safely say I won't play it again untill they sort it out. As they are taking the piss charging £20 for that. I have photos to show how bad it was but won't upload on here. I have uploaded them on there Facebook if you want to see for yourselves.Reviewer Rating

Shocking condition, would not play again. Not warned before booking that they were doing a lot of work on the course

Priors course - What a shame - use to love this course but ruined by greed on landfill tipping ruining at least three feature holes, no comms about the plans or what changes will come, poor facilities although you can't blame the poor staff who explained as much as they knew

After teeing off at the first we walked pas the 18th green which was covered in goose droppings. It was a sign of things to come as most of the greens at best were covered in an abundance of pitch marks which had dried out and made them bobbly and at worst were covered in muck. Fairways for a fair portion looked like they had just been cut down the middle so the left hand side was reasonable and the right hand side was like a semi rough and a lot of them had what looked to be hoof marks from horses I imagine. The building works make it tough around the top of the course and a lot less appealing and we ended up walking off after 13 holes.

I love this course normally but it is in poor condition and the greens are terrible.We paid £23 each but really it should have been £15 at the most.This course is generally very busy but it was half empty which is understandable.Reviewer Rating

The greens were very impressive quality.
I enjoyed the course as most holes require tactical play rather than just hit it as far as you can! Many dog legs or water hazards so you have to choose whether to lay up or go for greens.
However I would never go again due to the service. I was attending a work golf day so we played 36 holes and was at the course early for breakfast first. I tried to visit the reception 4 times and every time it was closed!! One of these times we needed score cards and resulted in us teeing off late.
