Great day. Caught up with friends not seen for some time. Weather great. Enjoyed the round. Nice food and very pleasant bar. Great staff.

Well looked after
The greens were very well kept. Some very minor damage, probably done by animals, but even those had been filled in with sand. Fairways well looked after too.Covid restrictions in place and adhered to at the clubhouse.
Friendly club members encountered (I played as a non-member).

Excellent
Played here today, for the first time, teeing of mid-morning. The course was in excellent condition & is a good all round test of one's ability. I played to my handicap which was encouraging.We went round in under 4 hours, although we did miss one hole to bypass a slow 4 ball. They were in a championship of some sort but other than this group the pace of play was good and we didn't have to wait on any hole.
Booking the tee time and a buggy over the phone was simple and the staff were very helpful & communicative. After the round we had a beer and some food sitting outside. The bar staff were friendly and good fun.
I hope to be back soon.

excellent course
first time visit will be back greens in excellent condition. my only moan was a 3ball in front that was very slow(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 106 Handicap: 27.3)
