Extremely muddy in areas, course is ok but not worth £30.
Always have to wait in the clubhouse, even for coffee.

they do not know how run a golf club had tee time booked would of had to wait 40 minutes to tee off. its the worst service i have ever seen at golf club

The course is open but it isn't playable due to the rain. There isn't a dry patch anywhere. I appreciate the club is a business and lost revenue from recent winters must be hard but public courses like this should really do themselves a favour and respect players more by closing when the conditions have become too extreme. Avoid until dryer weather arrives.

The greens were in excellent condition but sadly the fairways didn't match up. The tee boxes were also in very poor condition.

poor condition at the moment
the course is very muddy and waterlogged.it should be closed until the water has drained away. certainly not worth ?30 for a game at weekends.very slow play with seniors not letting quicker players through. very frustrating. tees are very poor.

Too wet
The course should have been closed, if you can't find a well hit shot because it's plugged too deep to see, I think that's the time to to keep players from doing more damage. We were sloshing around in mud on ever tee. You could say we didn't have to play but we were charged full price, so incentive to quit goes. I do realise that clubs need to make money keeping their courses open... But there has to be a limitReviewer Rating

Greens are probably the best element. Bunkers need some maintenance, they're littered with stones.
Clubhouse toilets are awful, flies everywhere.

Decent condition considering the time of the year. The course plays fairer with the heather cut down on certain holes.
