Interesting course with a variety of holes - Much work has been carried out over the last 18 months and bit by bit the management are turning this into a great course. Bunkers have been improved massively, and some areas have been cleared of scrub without diminishing the challenge. Greens are up there with some of the best around for pace and trueness. Staff are really friendly and unlike a few courses in the area- the members are friendly too!

Wet
Played here years ago and never seen course so wet... I believe it shouldn't have been open. However when dry it is a fantastic course with some of best greens in the area. Even on a wet course the greens were still rapid.Reviewer Rating

I was very impressed with the improvements that had been made. The condition of the course was excellent and it was obvious that a lot of money had been spent on it. There was a great variety of holes and the greens were well kept.

Excellent value
A good track indeed, with a very friendly welcome. Absolutely superb greens and just two slight complaints. Firstly, the bunkers on the Vixen nine holes had absolutely no sand and should have been GUR. It was ridiculous. Secondly, they could do with having a flag system, for front and back of green. Apart from that, a nice track and worth playing(Round played: Oct 2021 - Score: 96 Handicap: 19)

a nice course
A lovely 18 holesplayed today, staff very friendly, a good pace of golf, geens in good condition and fairways well maintenined.(Round played: Sep 2021 - Score: 88 Handicap: 12.6)

Very Enjoyable Course
Played it twice now, in very good condition and a lot of work being done. Enjoyed both rounds. Bunkers sadly were not great, hard, not raked and several were unplayable. Better stay out of them next time I play!Reviewer Rating

Played this course a lot over the last decade but this is the best condition I've seen it. Greens were the highlight, very quick. All the investment looks like its being used very well.
