Pleasant course and good walk
Nice to play again, forgot is quite undulating greens in good condition and score improving too. Nice to be able to get a tee time too on a Sunday afternoon.(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 91 Handicap: 21.2)

Great challenge
Really good course layout and challenging greens make Selsdon Park worth playing. With pedigree of J H Taylor built course it's defence is the bunkers and raised greens. It's uphill downhill nature makes good club selection critical. The greens are good and roll true but fairways, and some bunkers could do with some extra attention but this doesn't distract from enjoyment. Friendly staff in this COVID-19 set up and well organised made for an enjoyable day. With it being a hotel it would have been nice to get a beer and food post round which would have been good but I imagine on the pricey side.Reviewer Rating

New course, good fun
Enjoyed playing. Good variety on all the holes. Some steep climbs but course in good condition and lots of bunkers protecting greens.(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 101 Handicap: 26.1)

Great course, tee boxes need work
Really enjoyed the layout and conditions of the course. Some very interesting holes and not a lot of repetition which is nice. The one thing letting the place down was the state of the tee boxes. They are all so un level it’s hard to get a decent stance on most boxes. Playing with the ball above or below your feet constantly. A real shame because such a lovely course other than this. I hope they work on this soon.(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 84 Handicap: 12.2)

Winter golf
An interesting course set in grand surroundings. Plenty of hills to wear you down. Well looked after considering the time of year.(Round played: Feb 2019 - Score: 96 Handicap: 18.9)

Selsdon Park
Heavy ground but seemed to be draining well in most places, although lots of worm casts on parts of fairways and greens. Trolleys OK but anything powered might struggle. Some good changes in elevation. Fairway play tricky in wet conditions, some greens tricky on top of rain factors. Suspect much better in summer. Welcoming pro shop.(Round played: Oct 2019 - Score: 111 Handicap: 23.3)

Still need drainage in bunkers
Nice enough, but for a course that charges £30+ in summer it needs to invest in some bunker drainage(Round played: Oct 2019 - Score: 100 Handicap: 22.7)
