Plot your way round and enjoy
My first full visit. Course consists of 2 loops of nine.Fairways are tree-lined in most areas and occasional woods, ponds and ditches. However not as intimidating as first feared. In fact the par 3s highlight it more, especially the 18th. The straighter hitter is rewarded more although you do not need to be long. A "plot your way round" course. I used my driver 3 times (wish it was twice!)
Strokesavers (without tips) are sold in the Pro-shop and well worth the additional expense, in conjunction with online pro's tips as there are many doglegs and occasional blind targets.
Course in great condition, greens good, fairways seemingly left a bit longer after recent heavy rain, so played a bit longer - local rules for bunkers.

Really Enjoyed it
Lovely course with challenging holes, Greens in good condition and the fairways nice a tight. Will play again(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 97 Handicap: 0)

Course in great condition on a lovely day. Played poorly and putted terribly although the greens were great. Enjoy playing here but course is difficult as it is uneven and tree lined on many holes.

We go regularly to this club value for money and a great course,pro shop really friendly and helpful staff.Club house needs refurbishment but good food at a reasonable prices.

hidden gem
First visit to this course and I was not disappointed!! great layout, with a great range of holes to play. LOTS of up and downs and interesting uses of the landscape. definitely worth a visit.(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 84 Handicap: 11.8)

its been some 15 years since my last visit and a lot of holes I could not remember, that said this is a very challenging course with very tight fairways, a little confusing where to go as a lot of holes are blind. did not play very well but enjoyed the course nice greens but hard to read, will enjoy a return visit in a few weeks.
