course in very good condition, fairly flat course, not to difficult but challenging enough especially if the wind gets up. good course for higher handicapers

The course was good condition, the greens a little slow and damp but expected at this time of the year.

Arguably less used than the neighbouring Rothschild course and possibly more challenging also - the changes in elevation certainly make for some 'interesting' shots, not least the view from the 9th & 18th tees .....

Played this in very wet conditions and it played remarkably well. The fairways were well drained and the greens superb given the amount of water that had fallen on them. This is a very picturesque course in summer, but even in winter conditions, the course played very well. The 8 water holes are a strong feature of this course. And as always, very friendly in the clubhouse with excellent facilities. Strongly recommended.
